Platform Architecture

The platform consists of presentation layer, business layer, data layer and deployment layer. Presentation Layer: PDA, WEB and large visualization screens. Business Layer: Permission control, message notification and full functional modules including reports, working hours & payroll, planning, scheduling, workbench, quality, inventory, technology and visualization. It supports alert management and basic data maintenance. Data Layer: Data acquisition and caching. Deployment Layer: Private cloud & public cloud.

It supports integration with external systems: ERP, EAM, EMS, MDM, OTC and OA. It also connects external hardware: production equipment, inspection devices, measuring instruments and lighting devices.
