AgiBot D1 Max
Lightweight yet heavy-duty | Highly durable | Agile at overcoming obstacles
Figure 1 — AgiBot D1 Max in an industrial environment
Overview
The AgiBot D1 Max is a wheeled-legged quadruped robot designed as a productivity platform for industry. Combining the speed and efficiency of wheeled locomotion with the terrain adaptability of legs, it tackles slopes, stairs, obstacles and rough ground that wheeled platforms cannot, while outperforming pure-legged robots on flat surfaces. Built to IP67, rated for a 25 kg payload and powered by a hot-swappable dual-battery system, D1 Max is made for all-weather outdoor and industrial deployment — inspection, emergency response, logistics and task execution.

D1 Max is engineered for stable, all-weather deployment in demanding conditions.
· IP67 ingress protection — stands up to rain, dust and humidity
· Built for long-term outdoor and industrial operation, reducing downtime and maintenance cost
Extended Operational Endurance
Figure 3 — Long-duration deployment at a mining site
Minimized manual intervention keeps continuous missions running.
· Battery life: >= 5 h unloaded, >= 3.5 h fully loaded
· Range: >= 29 km unloaded, >= 18 km fully loaded
Robust Payload Capacity
Figure 4 — Carrying payload across rough mountain terrain
A reliable heavy-load platform stable over long missions and adaptable to industry-specific tools.
· Rated payload of 25 kg across diverse task types
· Wide range of communication, power and control interfaces for flexible secondary development and deep industrial integration
Superior Mobility
Figure 5 — Wheel-legged locomotion over extreme terrain
Fast response, broad operational coverage and high task efficiency.
· Wheel-legged structure combines speed on roads with leg-based obstacle handling
· Maximum climbing angle of 45 degrees and obstacle-crossing height of 80 cm
· Continuous stair climbing up to 25 cm steps; zero-turn maneuverability
Optimized for Large-Scale Deployment
Figure 6 — Climbing a steep embankment in leg mode
Designed to lower O&M burden and keep fleets running.
· Dual-battery hot-swap design minimizes downtime
· Intelligent wheel/leg mode switching: wheel mode for stable, efficient, long-range travel; leg mode for tough, multi-scenario terrain
