CCTV Focus: Zhongtian Intelligent Equipment’s Smart Warehousing System Empowers Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry

After project implementation, the enterprise achieved an 81.9% rise in production efficiency and a 65.6% reduction in operating costs. Over nearly two years of stable operation of the automated stereoscopic warehouse, 15 warehouse staff positions were eliminated, greatly cutting labor expenses. Meanwhile, warehouse inventory counting time was shortened from over one week to only half a day, and the overall warehouse turnover efficiency increased by nearly 60%.
In addition, the supporting software system of the smart warehouse enables real-time inventory early warning. Alerts can be sent to relevant departments instantly, and data analysis helps prevent delays in material delivery. Powered by intelligent warehouse management and one-stop distribution, full-process online operations are realized, including intelligent equipment dispatching, QR-code outbound confirmation and automatic material handling. The system delivers labor-saving, safe and reliable performance.
