Automatic Lithium-ion Battery Production Line

The company’s self-developed automatic assembly production line for prismatic lithium battery cells for new energy covers the full manufacturing process: batching, coating, rolling and slitting of electrode materials, followed by automatic component assembly, baking and electrolyte injection. After cell assembly, the line automatically performs cell standing, formation & capacity grading, sorting and final automated warehousing.

The production line speed and layout are deeply customized in accordance with customer requirements. The entire line integrates automatic assembly, automatic inspection and automatic material handling and batching. Connected with the MES system, it supports lights-out factory management to achieve fully unattended automatic production.
