The prismatic new energy battery module assembly line adopts robotic automatic assembly technology. The production line covers complete processes including feeding of battery cells, end plates and side plates, plasma cleaning, glue dispensing/adhesive taping, module stacking, laser welding of side plates, laser marking, post-welding cleaning, visual inspection, Busbar installation, Busbar laser welding, secondary cleaning and post-welding inspection, as well as electrical performance testing.

Its production cycle efficiency reaches ≥12 PPM. Six-axis robots are deployed at multiple stations to replace manual operation, endowing the line with strong compatibility and high flexibility. Equipped with full MES system functions, the entire line enables full traceability of all production data throughout the manufacturing process.
