Zhongtian Intelligent Equipment Invited to the 2021 Smart Warehousing Summit for Electronics Industry
On April 21, NEPCON China 2021 and IOTE 2021 International Internet of Things Exhibition kicked off at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. The 2021 Electronics Industry Smart Warehousing Summit, co-hosted by the organizer of NEPCON and Gongkong Brothers Connect, was grandly held at the same venue on April 22. As a provider of comprehensive intelligent warehousing and logistics solutions, ZTT Intelligent Equipment was invited to attend the summit and delivered a keynote speech titled Embrace "5G + Industrial Internet" to Empower Enterprises' Digital Transformation and Upgrading.

Addressing the current bottlenecks in smart logistics technology and the pain points of warehousing and logistics in the electronics industry, General Manager Huang Bin of Zhongtian Intelligent Equipment stated that China is vigorously developing new infrastructure, which provides solid foundations for the development of "smart logistics" in the electronics sector. ZTT innovatively put forward a new solution for "5G indoor coverage", the ROOFTOP indoor distribution system, which delivers strong technical support for the innovative integration of 5G and AGVs. Compared with 4G networks, 5G delivers greater stability. Unlike traditional Wi-Fi, it features stable communication and low latency without roaming handover, enabling multi-AGV collaboration for handling oversized and overweight goods in electronics manufacturing.
When sharing experience in implementing smart warehousing projects for the electronics industry, General Manager Huang Bin introduced that ZTT enjoys unique advantages in this field. The Group owns multiple manufacturing subsidiaries with diverse production scenarios, workflows and equipment, creating an ideal testbed for smart warehousing. This inside-out model allows Zhongtian Huayu to accumulate rich experience in planning, design and project delivery for automated warehouse transformation in the manufacturing sector.
Zhongtian Intelligent Equipment once customized and implemented an intelligent warehousing and logistics system for a domestic electronic chip packaging enterprise. The system enables full-process intelligent operations for chip production, including automatic material storage, conveyance, inventory borrowing & return, empty container circulation and material delivery to workstations. Tailored to the characteristics of the electronics industry, Zhongtian Huayu applied special treatments to racks, forks, conveyors and other automated equipment to meet strict dust-proof and anti-static requirements.
During the roundtable discussion, General Manager Huang Bin mentioned that ZTT began its layout in new infrastructure such as industrial internet and 5G back in 2018. Jiangsu Zhongtian Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd., a member of the ZTT Intelligent Manufacturing Alliance, built China’s first industrial internet secondary node successfully interconnected with the top-level national node, and its operating indicators have consistently ranked among the industry leaders.
