Hardware-Software Integrated & AI-Powered — ZTT Smart Energy-Carbon All-in-One Machine Unveiled
On the afternoon of June 23, at the 4th China International Supply Chain Expo, ZTT Digital Industry Group officially launched its Smart Energy-Carbon All-in-One Machine. Built on the core architecture of hardware-software integration and AI empowerment, the product combines industrial hardware, an energy and carbon management platform and AI models. Supporting on-premises deployment, it helps manufacturers, industrial parks, ports and other entities build a complete green and low-carbon transformation pipeline.

Against the backdrop of national “Dual Carbon” policy implementation and accelerated improvement of industrial low-carbon standards, ZTT targets the goals of carbon peaking before 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2055. Deeply engaged in green manufacturing, the group has built multiple national-level green factories as well as zero-carbon and near-zero-carbon factories.
The newly launched product enables enterprises to carry out intelligent energy consumption diagnosis, automatic carbon accounting aggregation and policy interpretation. After deployment, enterprise inspection working hours can be reduced by 65%, anomaly troubleshooting efficiency increased by 85%, and overall energy consumption cut by 15%. It can save more than 500,000 RMB in annual energy costs while maintaining an audit pass rate above 90%. It is applicable to scenarios such as green factories, zero-carbon parks and smart ports, and has been verified in benchmark projects including the carbon-neutral spinning factory of Dasheng Group.

On the same day, Chen Wenda, head of ZTT Artificial Intelligence Research Center, attended the summit forum and shared practical experience on leveraging AI technologies to strengthen the resilience of industrial chains and supply chains.
