Zhongtian Intelligent Equipment-built Phase I Automated Stereoscopic Warehouse for Ningbo Guanghe Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. Successfully Accepted
Recently, the Phase I automated stereoscopic warehouse project undertaken by Zhongtian Intelligent Equipment for Ningbo Guanghe Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. has successfully passed acceptance.
Ningbo Guanghe Sanitary Ware is a subsidiary of Ningbo Amico Co., Ltd., mainly manufacturing bathroom sanitary wares, glass products, hardware fittings and other products. The Phase I automated stereoscopic warehouse system built for Guanghe Sanitary Ware is centrally managed by ZTT’s self-developed WMS (Warehouse Management System). The WCS (Warehouse Control System) coordinates all automated equipment to handle material movement and information tracking within the warehouse. Two 55-inch LCD screens guide production and logistics staff to manage inbound and outbound operations.
The project kicked off on March 6 this year and passed final acceptance on May 27. Completed within 83 calendar days and delivered for use by the end of May, it has won full recognition and praise from the client. The successful acceptance marks the entry of Zhongtian Huayu intelligent warehousing systems into the building materials & home furnishing industry, with a proven reference case in this sector.
Notably, the Phase II automated stereoscopic warehouse project for Guanghe Sanitary Ware is now in full swing. The smooth delivery of Phase I has laid a solid foundation for faster, better and higher-quality execution of the Phase II warehouse project.
In addition, ZTT’s self-developed WMS and WCS systems realize seamless integration with Guanghe Sanitary Ware’s ERP system. It enables automatic production line management and real-time production status monitoring, greatly boosting warehouse operational efficiency and fundamentally meeting the client’s material storage management requirements.
During project implementation, Zhongtian Intelligent Equipment fully considered the client’s special warehousing requirements. We continuously summarized experience, innovated technologies and optimized software modules to satisfy diverse demands. The successful project delivery greatly strengthens Guanghe’s digital warehouse management capability, and fully demonstrates that Zhongtian Huayu is moving toward the industry forefront in system integration, project management and software control.
