    The SIA 2020 Shanghai International Smart Factory Exhibition opens today at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. It captures data across sales, procurement, production, warehousing and delivery. The collected data goes through big data analytics, and the Accounting Center automatically calculates costs for each segment along the product workflow. Meanwhile, visualized data is displayed on the CloudStar system and on-site dashboards in the Management Center. Every production step of the product is fully traceable; operators can clearly view production progress and responsible persons. It eliminates the opacity of production processes and helps management quickly identify and resolve issues.

They can be equipped with wide-field 2D cameras and high-resolution 3D vision systems, achieving positioning accuracy up to 0.01 mm and angular accuracy of 0.05°.     In smart manufacturing, the predictive diagnostic system is the cornerstone that guarantees stable operation of the entire production system. It mainly consists of three parts: data acquisition terminals, data storage & processing terminals and human-machine interfaces. The core component is the autonomous inspection robot fitted with vision collectors, thermal imagers, noise detectors and vibration sensors. Without disrupting production, the robot uses its onboard sensors to capture abnormal vibration, noise, temperature and other anomalies on the production line, and feeds real-time alerts back to the human-machine interface for maintenance teams to monitor and fix faults promptly. By comparing historical collected data, the system analyzes the replacement cycle of equipment components and generates daily maintenance schedules, securing safe operation of the whole smart production line.
